SHIPPING

Port-to port shipping typically takes approximately 12 weeks with some slight variation depending on location and port congestion. Shipping costs to your location will be displayed at checkout.

Once your RX reformer has been offloaded at the destination port, you will then receive tracking information from our delivery partners with a scheduled delivery date which may be a further 4 weeks.

INSTALLATION

A White Glove Delivery service is recommended for a hassle free experience. This option can be selected at checkout. When you opt for White Glove Delivery, our expert team will deliver, install, and set-up your RX. All packaging will be removed from your home, and all you have to do is connect your RX reformer to the power supply and Wi-Fi.

 

RETURNS

Your Reform RX hardware returning your Reform RX

If you are not satisfied with your Reform RX, you can request a return within 14 days from time of delivery.

Reform RX’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Reform RX Warranty. 

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Reform RX.  Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $300 or more for Reform RX, depending on your location.

If your Reform RX is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Reform RX reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Reform RX’s sole discretion.

If your Reform RX is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Returning your Reform RX accessories

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item:

  • Water Bottles
  • In-Ear Headphones
  • Heart Rate Monitors 

All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Reform RX is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Commercial orders cannot be cancelled once in production cycle

Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
